"He gets a lot of cool surplus, but he overcharges for what he gets based on condition. There are definitely better deals around on the new guns he gets. I've been told he charges those prices on some items because he doesn't really want to sell some of what he gets (then why offer it for sale? Maybe to show off?). Cheap accessories on the wall he hasn't discounted since he bought them years ago. Shop is small, but he could really find a way to modernize if he cared. He seems disinterested whenever I talk to him."
