"Chris B booked a load with me and after we booked it he stopped answering my calls and never provided me with delivery times. I tried to call the office but no one answers either. I sent the broker a text message, he replied and never got back to me since Friday and today is Tuesday. Now im having issues and no one to get a hold of for help. Bad business!"
"O stars is too much for this company. Communication was great until the load was picked up. My driver waited over 8 hours at the shipper, 7 hours at the first drop and 17 hours at the 2nd drop and SORRY Chris (Broker) stopped answering his phone. I've called, sent emails asking for detention and/or layover and no response. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!"
"BE CAREFUL , they dont reimburse lumpers . We cant get a hold of Chris and he havent paid 3 lumpers on his load in total of $450+ ."
