Whether or not that lack of interest is based on liability concern or just laziness, lip service is given and “has been recorded.” In other words… thanks, but we don’t care and don’t respond to this e-mail, because it is a do-not-reply correspondence. I would rather the BBB say up front… Don’t waste your time by contacting us, we couldn’t care less! Does the local business community support the Better Business Bureau of Dayton? If so, that action and response make sense. If not, then I am baffled as to what the BBB is and why it exists!"
