Penske Truck Rental

"The 2 stars is credit for atleast having a team that communicates and plans well. As for rentals, and service... no stars. Their mechanics don't do a good job, the pm's are bare minimal, you could have obvious tire problems and they wont replace them. The rental I'm having to replace at another location is one that is given to me with multiple problems and smells like ash tray."

"Four full months after I've returned a bobtail tractor of 8 days rental and paid my balance in full, these guys are STILL stealing huge amounts of money from my credit card with no cause. I had to close my credit card for over $600 of additional fraudulent charges. On top of that they're constantly sending me invoices with phony and always different amounts marked as "other fleet charges" They're such crooks I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy do business with them. I rented from this location and from Salt Lake City UT location one time each....and BOTH times BOTH locations flat out thugged me for money, like some street hustler lowlifes. If you do have to rent from them, be super careful. Write down the vehicle mileage before and after, and cancel your credit card after you've paid them the initial bill because they WILL steal your money from it. Oh, and they charged me quadruple for IFTA probably assuming nobody knows how IFTA works. Crooks with the capital letter "C""

"Amazing experience, great customer service, clean truck!! Jared at the location even drove me home after dropping off the truck, when I had an emergency and needed to get back home quickly!! Won't ever go back to uhaul, and I have moved 8 times!! Trust me, pensoP is the best and much more affordable!!!"

"Terrible Service. I rented a truck over the telephone. The Penske agent said the truck was ready. When I went to pick up the truck 20 minutes later it wasn't available. The agent said I would need to pick up the truck at another location."

"We had to get a rental truck very last minute, thank God Penske was open. Tina Yu was the person who got us checked in and ready to get, I just had to say she was absolutely wonderful to work with. The truck latch and doors were frozen shut, I had to go pick up one of our employees to drive the truck for me and when I came back Tina had poured water all over the latch/doors and unfroze them. She also had the truck all warmed up and was scraping off the ice and snow from the windows. She is fantastic!"
