And Alcoa! And Hire a better freight Sales staff! Increase driver pay to $1950 an hr to pay local Avg.And to bring in and attract more exp Drivers! Then Hire a few more Dock personnel To handle Shipments, Have a W& I , OS& D Program in place and Better assurance with Truck routes through Dispatch GPS systems for driver Assistance! I guess it depends on the direction a company wants to go! And Level of Growth.But what do I know? Lmao.I wish them well either way! Just want a Dinner date with Young Beautiful lady in office in Westlake! And more Hourly pay! There's a Lucky man in Westlake Somewhere who Won her heart! Wish it was me!Only if God was just! Lmao."

"Good company to work for. They are pretty laid back and dont ask a lot of you. The pay isn't all that great if your a local driver. The OTR drivers make pretty good money from my understanding. The health benefits are a little pricey as well for a family. Overall the company was great to work for."
