"The representative for home loans was rude and short with most everything we said. Then continued to ignore what we were saying about the certificate of eligibility for a VA loan. Not once did I say the GI Bill was supposed to count as income. But somehow she got that into her mind and did everything to stop working with us. Just an overall lazy, arrogent and disrespectful. Julia Harris needs a different job if she's going to continue this."
