"If you deposited anything here into a bank account you can't touch it for 3 days and it's ridiculous. People have bills to pay and it's our dam money. I put cash in and can't even pay my bills. Do not get an account here unless you want to pay a bunch of late fees on your bills and have money come up missing"

"The Auburn branch is the ideal example of a small town / personal service oriented banking institution."

"I’ve been with this bank since the late 90’s. They’ve always treated me right. I like how it’s old school because I am too. They are always friendly and most of their employees have been for years, which is pretty uncommon nowadays. The best thing about this bank by far is that their mortgage loans are kept in house and not sold. That means you are going to be making payments to and dealing with the same bank for the life of your loan. There’s only one thing that I don’t like. For their NetTeller, they require those passwords that have several requirements (cap & lower case letters, numbers, & special characters) & I understand why, but I have a hard time remembering passwords like that. In order to recover your password, you have to call the main branch and have them reset your account so you can change your password. So if you need to check something in your bank account over the weekend & you forgot your password, you’re pretty much out of luck and that can lead to other problems in today’s world of instant everything! Other than that small issue, this is a great bank!"

"If I could give this bank no stars I would. No this isn’t just the auburn branch it’s Campbell and Fetter Banking as a whole. If you are looking for a bank that has NO easy access for you and your money, not even a service number for when you have problems after hours this is the bank for you. You have to wait certain times of the day to see an ACCURATE account balance and nothing posts when bills etc hit your account it all comes out in one huge lump some days and days later. They are by far the slowest bank I’ve ever banked with and I would recommend going anywhere else then here."
