Not just personal banking but also Commercial banking, I have accounts for self and business there. They are friendly and helpful beyond reason. Great service and easy to use app. They always great you with a smile, and there are cookies on Fridays. If you are not banking here then you should be."

The Rootstown branch is particularly bad at customer service which stems from their personal/business banker being very unprofessional and non caring. They are more worried about manipulating how to get fees then trying to meet your needs and be a good banking partner. We concluded our relationship today and they didn't even attempt to talk us into staying on with them. Truly unbelievable."
