"I’m selling my 2018 truck privately. I received a message from Joey who made a low offer and I declined. He messaged me again and we negotiated a slightly higher price for my truck without the cap which I can sell separately. I took the cap off, cleaned all my stuff out of it and left work early to make it to Akron before the dealership closed. Covid proved that these dealerships are money-hungry con-artists and I was hesitant to do business with them. Joey immediately started in on low-balling me again and suddenly the offer was $1500 lower. Don’t let these guys try to pocket for themselves the equity that you’ve earned in your vehicle. They wasted my time and thought nothing of it. I know this is a common practice among dealerships, stalking private sellers hoping you’re desperate to sell your vehicle so they can take advantage of you. Shame on you and your greed."

"Would not buy again. We signed a purchase agreement contract and paid the money to hold the car. The next day we came in with all the financing in order and the sales manager voided our contract and made us pay an extra $250. because he said he made a mistake. He was very rude and unapologetic, saying he expected that we shouldn’t have an issue paying the extra. The car was nice. The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. But I will strongly recommend not buying from this dealer"

"taking a minute to be a “TALK SLUT”! the past 3 months i have been having issues with my car. annoying issues! 7 times the car let me down. now any other dealership would have told me to pound salt at this point! this is where the good part comes in… the car may have let me down, but The VanDevere Bunch, Sam, Jerry absolutely did NOT!
