"Love dealing with Towpath! Most recent experience was a VERY long call with a rep named Ashley. She was exceedingly patient with me, answered all my questions, and was polite and professional the whole time. I never felt rushed or that I had asked a dumb question (even though I know I asked SEVERAL). Why stay with a bank that doesn't care, when you could work with a credit union that treats you like a human?"

"I’ve been with Towpath credit union since I was 15 years old and I am now 31 years old. I love this credit union but I recently have had some issues with trying to get a dispute refunded back to my card and The customer service representative Raven was such a help. I’ve talked to her a few times over the last few days regarding the matter and even when I was frustrated on some of those calls, Raven remained so calm and professional which was greatly appreciated.She is definitely an asset to the credit union."
"Based off my experience with Julie and towpath Credit Union I would highly recommend using this bank. She made such a difference in my situation. She actually cared about what was going on and made her best effort to handle everything in a quick and easy process.
