"Chill experience when I go the staff is well trained. I would put cameras with sound on the staff just to make sure they are on the job with customers. No issues but I’ve heard an attitude once or twice. Not from any of the male employees I’ve met there."

"They do not fix and issue , i’ve talked to many people about an issue i’ve been having for months . They act like they can’t transfer me to corporate then i’m getting told 10 different answers on why they haven’t started or fixed my issue . If you have key bank DO NOT BANK WITH THEM , they are theives and will give you any excuse on why the problem can’t get fix when it definitely can get fixed they just choose to be lazy and not do their work"

"Terrible customer service, I never posted anything negative before. It seems like this branch doesn’t have any capable workers. If I ask something they don’t know, instead of finding the answers for me, they told me they were too busy to answer my questions, they had to put me on hold and answered other calls.They put me in the long wait until I had to give up and hung up the phone. I had more bad experiences but that was years ago, I thought they might have had some improvement. I was wrong."

"ATM ate over $200 and I wasn't able to do anything about it. I needed that money for the next day. They kept sending me in circles, then I had to wait over an hour on the phone to discuss my dispute. I feel like if something happens at a branch's atm. They should be able to compensate you inside the branch."
