"I have used Eaton for over 15 years. I moved out of state but had to return. There are a few new faces and all are nice. I would like to say the teller that's closest to the vault, I apologize because I can't recall her name, she's been there the longest. This woman is a true professional in every way. She's always pleasant and a joy to see. I'm very happy when I see her there because I know I'm going to get the best customer service."

"Was a great local credit union! Is no longer:-( Service has been needed more and more lately because of their errors. And the staff (office & tellers) are sometimes willing to help but NOT all of them or all the time. AND! plenty of the time you get the double whammy! NOT much if any help and male it very difficult for the user...like pulling teeth to get answers &/or guidance. I'm done! Taking my business elsewhere!"

"Had over $600 stolen from the checking account via debit card. I've been waiting several weeks to get the money returned. Only one of the 4 charges, for $20 has been returned. If they have a return policy for the debit card, I haven't seen it. Very unhappy with the process. And this is the second time in 4 months my checking account has been hit."
