"So I want to see how many people this is happening too I was hired on and was told this was for a permanent full-time position hire after the seasonal peak. After the peak season I was put on on-call. Which means I wasn’t being being given as many hours. Still being told I was going to be to hired full-time. Then one day I was told I wouldn’t be working the next day so I text my boss the following day after that and was told nothing not even a text back. After two weeks of calling and text my manager I finally heard back and was told that the seasonal period was over and that they had a meeting on a Wednesday and would know who they were going to be hiring full-time and he would let me know after that. That Wednesday I text my manager later in the afternoon to see the results and got no call or text back for almost a week and a half. Then I was told that they were put on a hiring freeze until mid February and that everybody else inside the building would get a chance as a delivery driver before they would allow us too. This is completely the opposite of what I was told. Then I was told by my boss i’d probably have better luck at a different company. I cannot believe how this was managed or miss managed and I was lied too. #Ups"
