"Extremely difficult to work with- After several attemps, several phone calls and 11 business days later we are still unable to get Prestige Patient Transport to schedule the transport request They are very disorganized and probably would prove to be just as unreliable - that is if you could ever get them to schedule you The Surgeons office called Prestige and faxed the Letter of Medical Necessary Blue Cross and Blue Shield called Prestige to arrange for the Insurance Authorization In addition to the several phone calls that I placed - No one there was able to assist us We spoke with DeeDee , Pam and the President of Prestige - Pam M Unfortunately, our time was wasted Prestige would not request the Insurance Authorization from Blue Cross and Blue Shield BUT They were very quick, however to quote me an out-of-pocket cost of $7.00 a mile round trip from Georgetown to Cincinnati It really seemed like they were trying to get me to pay them directly out of pocket instead of using our Insurance policy Thank goodness Prestige is not the only company in town Blue Cross and Blue Shield is an insurance company that has the ability to pay Prestige for any service provided How Dumb - -- too turn away a paying customer plus now have a this review on line...."
