"Based on the majority of the reviews, it sounds like my experience isn’t the norm, thankfully. That being said, I purchased a few items recently and had them shipped to me and one set arrived with the plastic ripped open and covered in some kind of brown oil (it was sold as a “factory sealed set” that also happened to have 34 cards missing). I reached out to the company by email, shared the pictures and my experience, and was told that someone would get back to me. I also requested an invoice for my own records since I never received one. That was about 6 weeks ago. Since then I’ve sent several general follow up emails, reached out to the social media team, and even sent a text to Tom, the owner, all with no response. I know they don’t necessarily need me as a customer but a simple email response could’ve solved the entire situation. But, here I am, having to warn other potential buyers/bidders/customers to be careful doing business with this company that has purposely ignored customer questions and concerns. Hopefully, if you decide to do business with them, you won’t be treated like I have been."
