"Our move was scheduled for 2:30pm and movers didn’t arrive until 5:30pm. We have a young baby and this really threw off an already hectic day considering we didn’t wrap up until around 8:30pm. Upon inspection the next morning; our TV screen was shattered, a piece of our bed frame was missing (presumably left on the truck), and a 3’ cat tree was left sitting in the parking lot of our previous residence. The movers were polite, but I couldn’t recommend based on the severe delay and lack of care for personal items. I contacted the owner who did respond initially, but didn’t receive a response to my follow up message. *edited for grammatical mistakes"
"My fiancé and I recently moved from Cincinnati to Columbus and hired Elite Movers for our move. We had Brandon and Sean who were truly amazing! They showed up on time and loaded the truck in less than two hours. They were very professional and took great care of our furniture. Special thanks goes to the guys for moving our very heavy dresser from 2nd floor apartment to 3rd floor apartment without elevator. In 92 degree heat!!! They were quick, professional and efficient and we recommended them 100%!!"
