Everyone is on their own fitness journey and this place accommodates everyone regardless of your fitness level. Highgear has completely changed my mind of what I thought crossfit was. "High Gear has been my gym home for almost 4 years. In the 4 years that I have been going it has become much more than a gym. It is a place of refuge and healing. That may sound like an odd thing to say about a gym but for me, that is the best way to descibe it. I have made many, many new friends and continue to make more. If you a curious about attending they always have a special for Gear Up classes (beginner). For more advanced athletes the programing is challenging and relevent to what you see in the Open and Games. I hope to see you soon."

"I've been doing CrossFit for around 5 years now and I've been to some quality gyms with some great people, but HighGear is a gym like no other. The coaches are experienced, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The programming is great, it is always challenging and produces noticable improvement. However, the coaches are more than capable of helping those with injuries or less experience to scale things to their level. The owners are amazing people who put a lot of money back into the gym and the members with give aways and new equipment. You can tell they are passionate about fitness and helping others! You will find top level athletes, weekend warriors, and fitness newbies. There truly is something for everyone with all the different classes offered. But, the best part of HighGear is the community. There are members from all walks of life that come together with the common goals of fitness and fun. They are all so encouraging and friendly, and everyone really supports one another, not just in the gym. We have made life long friends in this community and we can't imagine going anywhere else. It wasn't by accident that HighGear needed to move to a giant facility or that they have celebrated 5 years of being open. You won't find a better place to get fit!"

"By far the best gym, programing, facilities and community around. One of the best decisions I ever made was to come to go hg!! Not only am I better mentally but my fitness is the best it’s ever been. There is so much room to do anything you want, classes for literally everything and anyone, best coaches around and best of all some of the greatest people you could meet and be around. There are so many good athletes everyone pushes each other to be the best they can be and gets you outside of your comfort zone. It is my home away from home and my favorite place to be!!"
