"Generally fast to load you. But no driver facilities to cover when they don't. I mean really if your gonna keep a driver in a dock for 5 hrs you might wanna consider put out a porta potty at least. And knowledge is power. If something not right don't make the driver have to come to you and ask if there's a problem with the load after detention times already started. When there's an issue inform the driver right away. Could avoid drivers getting seriously peeved at you."
"Love this place I pick most of my loads out of here and the guys are super friendly mr james, mr Charles, mr jessie, mr russ, great guys nice clean place, the management always smiling good place to get loaded, this is tropical juice"

"Is place is slow don't they know that us truckers have a life to that as long as they take to get us loaded/unloaded we like to get home to our families to they need inspected the management needs FIRED. My pick up time was at 9 pm told me what dock to go to you would think they would start loading nope been 3 hours now and they haven't even started loading for real come on I rate this place a minus 100"
"45 minutes late for delivery appointment due to white out and VERY slick conditions on the way in. Was given an attitude from the start (as if we hurt their paycheck somehow) and they were (shipping/receiving) extremely non cooperative to say the least... We were also very intently informed they are a union... as if that means anything to us except that maybe they have their own ways of doing things and COMMON COURTESY IS JUST A FAIRY TALE... We even offered to help unload trailer after being informed they have 1 guy unloading all incoming trucks and the other guys are doing other things. After waiting nearly 4 hours to get unloaded, our next load happened to be leaving from here and they claimed we were late for pickup and they again would have to work us in. WOULDN'T BE GIVING A "ONE START" RATING IF IT COULD BE LOWER..."
