"I don't think I have ever been treated so rudely by any business ever. Will not be returning. I went in for a boat registration and the man working yelled at me for not having a mask then refused to give me one (4 signs on the doors state they will give one if you don't have one) When I asked if anywhere else that has the service nearby, he just said "not without a mask they don't ". Sorry, I understand it's your policy, and even asked for a mask as the policy states, but there is no need for the rude behavior. I'll drive for an hour if needed to avoid being treated that way."
