"Run far away….Morgan from cross country mortgage is a flat out liar. She was used as the lender for the potential buyer of my home. Did not put the husband of the buyer on any paperwork, mentioned they had all kinds of investments for down payment….well the husband lost his job before closing and she shut the deal down. After claiming multiple times there was no way the deal could fall through because of their backup money. Wasted the buyers 1000$ earnest money, 4 weeks of everyone’s time and patience. Also lost 250$ for us applying for tax abatement for the buyers."
