On this visit, their helpful repair techs replaced a tire and grips on one bike for one kid and a helpful salesperson helped us get our son the exact right-sized bike for another kid. They were even able to order the color he wanted. I love that they put as much attention into getting a child started on a bike as they do an experienced rider."
