"I stopped in today to look at cardio equipment to buy. I was greeted by a salesman (I've forgotten his name) but the experience was awful. He wouldn't stop talking about himself and his personal training experience. He kept talking to me about topics regarding general fitness that weren't really related to the equipment I was looking to buy or my goals in particular. There was very little time spent if any talking about equipment; it was mostly about other topics. He didn't even show me a single piece of gym equipment. There wasn't enough time with all of his self talk. By the time he began to explain (in my opinion it was mansplaining) what HIIT was I got frustrated and left. I'm not here to be friends. Nor am I interested in listening to you talk about yourself and your personal training experience. The other sales personnel might be great hence all the good reviews. But the man I spoke with today was not. I highly do not recommend them. edit: I'm quite confused here, there was nothing stopping G&G from providing a proper experience the first time. They simply chose not to. I don't do business with sales people who in my opinion talk down to me and mansplain repeatedly. Even here they've completely missed the point of my review. For some reason the sales personnel started explaining to me what HIIT was in detail. I don't know why he started explaining to me the details of how to do HIIT. I guess he assumed that I didn't know what it was. I don't know why he would've assumed that I don't know what HIIT is. I already know what it is. I stated in my review that it was this unsolicited explanation of HIIT that was the last straw and why I left. But the response here is saying they're going to help me with my HIIT needs? I don't know where they've developed the idea that I need help with HIIT. I don't have a need for HIIT due to my own unique health needs. I never stated I did. He just started lecturing me about it in the store. Again, I highly do not recommend their store. Do yourself a favor there's another fitness shop just up the street. They showed me some great equipment that I'm deciding between."

"The Manager, Kaden Wenger was great in helping us pick out the Spirit XBR55 semi-recumbent bike. He ever offered to come to our house, in we were close, and show us how to use it."

"I met with Ken, on the 5th of October. I shared my interest with Elliptical machines. After sharing my health challenges and concerns, he showed me a particular machine. After his detailed explanation of Ellipticals, I purchased the Octane Q35X Elliptical. I was very excited and well informed, upon my departure. Prior to departing, he explained the warranty and delivery process. The delivery and set up was very smooth. The gentlemen were timely, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. My experience with this company was remarkable and I would recommend them to family and friends."

He was incredibly friendly and very helpful! The delivery experience was also top notch . The delivery team was fast, efficient, informative and, again, friendly! I will forever go to G&G first for any fitness equipment!"
