"I feel bad for anyone that's forced to use their service. Worst customer service we've received in a long time. The reps are beyond uneducated in basic human social skills. They lie, they make excuses and blame others. The delivery drivers are very kind and courteous but the office staff, should find a job away from customers. Tiffany is an absolute stain on this company, and should be removed. She doesn't enjoy her job, she enjoys being rude, nasty and then wants to talk big when customers match her energy and attitude. Don't be shocked, you get cursed at or told about yourself. You're nasty!"

"Spent most of the day attempting to receive a delivery (tracking number 78032400547) on November 8, 2023 via Old Dominion freight. They've made it extremely difficult, and did not have the correct equipment to remove the package from their truck. This company is severely lacking in customer service as I have received multiple phone calls from multiple different people and multiple text messages and several of them rude and nasty, particularly Tiffany, who seemed to enjoy telling me off. Google needs to provide negative stars for Old Dominion freight line."
