"BROWN WEST TRUCKING side of building: Oh boy........pack lunch and dinner, plenty of snacks and drinks. No consistency with unloads and appointments truly don't matter. I, sadly, have been here several times and only once did it take less than 5 hours...average wait time 12-20 hours. Dock area can be tricky due to trailers across from docks, and no yard dogs to move them back. Yes it's a light load, yes the FEW people are pleasant...but not worth it. Getting detention is a joke, doesn't cover the lost time and revenue. A few of our drivers have even had to leave and reschedule. (After waiting 12+hours) Sad to say we will probably be dropping this customer completely, it was a nice run. Good luck!!! *ADDENDUM* Yesterday I was here 12 hours. Today, I checked in @06:45 for an 8 am appointment...told to go to parking area and wait for call....tick tock tick tock. **Final update** They finally called me to a door at 15:30....was empty at 23:47!!!! This is totally unacceptable."
