"This has been my worst experience with a shipping company I've ever had. I typically don't write reviews, but this was just awful all the way around. They offer a service to pick up items from your residence to ship. I had a time sensitive item that I used this service for. Scheduled a pickup for Monday 4/5 and they gave me a 4 hour delivery window (3:00PM-7:00PM). I had to leave work a little early in order to be home in case they arrived early. Sat around the full 4 hours, no one arrived. I called customer service the following day to check up on the status of my request, and they said it was cancelled. Cool, I understand things happen, so I rescheduled a pickup for the same day, same delivery window and all. Left work early again and got the same exact result, no one showed up. Long story short, it's now Thursday and my item still has not been picked up..... How can I use this service, schedule a pickup on 4 separate occasions, be assured "it would be picked up this time", and find myself in the same position I was in 4 days ago? I never once received a courtesy call to notify me that my pickup was getting cancelled. I had to go out of my way to call and get a status update. The only "apology" I got was from a representative telling me they were sorry about the inconvenience this may have caused. Absolutely unacceptable. I hope no one ever goes the experience I recently just had. Will be using a different service in the future."

"I paid extra for a lift gate for my engraving equipment, stayed home all day for it, and got a call saying that it came and no one was there to receive it, little while before I saw a FedEx lift gate truck pass by the road, I thought it was either not ours or it would come back around. At this point I was under time constraints, I needed it at the house that day because an instructer was scheduled to teach me to use it the next day. I called them and it turned out I had to get to the packaging and shipping facility, I got there before the lift gate truck with my package did and it was an hour from my place. They did the same sorta thing to me twice before with computers I'd ordered. I also was denied refund for the lift gate expense which wouldn't have upset me if i really wasn't home for the fragile equipment."
