"The last time I was there I needed change and their lobby was closed which is fine I just went through the drive thru. They said that they had to bring the change out to my car but when they did they dropped the rolls of coins and they burst everywhere. I got out to collect the change expecting for them to at least offer to help, but the teller just apologized and said she "would've helped if they weren't so busy", but it was her fault in the first place. They need to hire some more staff and friendlier ones at that."
