"Work here if you want low pay, long hours, and no benefits. I drove for this company a little bit over a year don't waste your time. The benefits are terrible they show a lot of favoritism in Bessemer,al location. No 401k can't get time off when needed can't even schedule a vacation when you want to go. The pay isn't enough to pay rent with."

"BLS trucking caused damage to my personal vehicle. Did not clean off truck prior to driving on the freeway. Debris flew off and damaged the hood of my vehicle. Truck driver did not pull over. Conpany refused to take responsibility, even when we sent them pictures to the damages. Damages a similar to the product they were transporting Once again big company does not care about individuals. Do whatever they want!"

"They do not care about anything or anyone. Vehicles driven to death. Bad workers not disciplined. Will complain about a vehicle on for 10 minutes, but will not fix nald tires or a broken mirror. I am a driver for a punch truck and it is throwing 13 codes, with 3/4s of the engine misfiring. It stalls/dies in the middle of driving. Big safety hazard, but I was laughed at and told to finish my runs."

We have a record breaking turn over rate that has never been out matched. We have a new maintenance program every driver automatically signs up for. All damages of vehicles or equipment comes out of the driver paycheck. We personally dont care if it was out of your control, it's your responsibility. Come work for us. Where dreams and general morals come to die."

"Great company to work for. How much you make depends on how hard you work. Possible to make 24+ per hour. Weekend work is rare and home every night. Management is super fair and most were drivers and still drive trucks when drivers are out or quit. It's 08-5-17 and I have been with BLS 2.5 years"
