"I've bought a lot of things and shipped a lot of things. I've never had any carrier screw it up as much as FedEx. FedEx delivered my $1,500 package to apartment 73 instead of my apartment 116. I've had FedEx not understand the mail delivery rooms at my university when I was there and keep trying to deliver directly and fail. I've had FedEx fail to deliver a ridiculous number of packages. I've had FedEx kick my packages and damage them. I've had FedEx deliver packages that weren't mine repeatedly. FedEx frequently delivers my packages late. The FedEx tracking system has shown my packages teleport across the country randomly. Basically, if I were you, I'd switch to USPS or UPS."
