"When I came here, I picked up a vinyl, and it happened to skip. It was also new, not used. I called them to ask for a refund, and they said only store credit. Came in aging and got a new vinyl and once aging it skipped, they suggested that I have a cheap record player multiple times when they had the same brand as mine (victrola) and also criticized my music taste twice as well. Don't see how criticizing someone on their music is having a "conversation." Personally, I found it rude and unprofessional. I have had better vinyl that came from Walmart. In the end, I did get a refund, which I'm thankful for, but personally, it wasn't worth the hassle and the constant driving back and forth"
