"I had placed an order online to reserve a trailer for 8 hours and went to pick it up the next day. Once I got there, I checked in gave them my card and Wisen’s and got hooked up. Use the trailer for about five hours. Returned the trailer three hours before scheduled return then three days later I had two charges on my account for the rental. I contacted this place was told there was nothing they could do and I should call one 800 go U-Haul. So I contacted them and spoke to the agent and told him what was going on. They refunded one of the charges stating that they was told it was returned late. I will go and pick up any other U-Haul rental from somewhere else. They obviously are trying to rob people."
