"Arrived with a delivery for a 7pm appointment on Tuesday. I was inside the warehouse by 730 and at 9pm I was still not unloaded . It took me about 5 minutes to pull the chains and another 10 minutes to put everything away. It took them 1.5 hours to get nothing done ! There was several other trucks behind me as well ,waiting .. will be calling the manager"

"It's not like it used to be and I don't know why. Long wait times. Can't park overnight. Won't print all of the required paperwork for export freight. Know your appointment and arrive no more than an hour early. I've stood at the window being ignored for as long as 45 minutes... After waiting 4 hours to unload. I arrived 40 minutes before the appointment. Actual loading/unloading is fast and orderly. Maybe they've contracted more freight than they can handle. Just be prepared and mindful when you arrive."

"Professional and pretty chill employees. Appointment is strictly required in all precision strip plants. And no overnight parking available anymore. Washroom in shipping office. Coils can be delivered in any securement method."

"Showed up at 2000 on Thursday for an 0800 Friday loading appointment. Went in to double check my appointment before I went to bed. Turned out they had 4 bays open with my load already slitted, and they got me loaded right away. Loader was very apologetic about it taking 45 minutes to get all 18 coils in my load together, but I was more than happy to be loaded, chained, tarped, and on my way in under 2 hours a full 10 hours ahead of schedule. Night shift is very chill, and the loader mentioned Thursday nights are a bit slow. Absolutely wasn't what I expected from other reviews, but it lines up with the experience I've had picking up machinery here before."

"Yep, it's true. Long wait times. I checked in on time, got into the dock and waited 1 hrs 55 min inside the building. This is typical at all of their locations. There is no respect for a drivers clock or the driver himself. I cringe when I have a load to Precision Strip."
