"The female/male team that picked me up were mocking me and ridiculing me. Do those drivers do that to the other patients? Or is it only the ones with high anxiety. I did not appreciate how they made me feel. I have never had medical personnel treat me that way."

"They sent me to collections!!.My husband was transferred by them after Brain surgery at UH..They are a company that is NOT in my network. My insurance would have paid for a number of other companies..and my copay would have been $59.00 which I would be happy to pay them..I refuse to pay over $900 for "an out of network" company and neither will my insurance..I was told they have a contract with UH?? Monopoly maybe??? Why should I have to pay over $900??? NOT doing it....Plus I'm elderly and had NO WAY to know where they were taking him and they would not give me 5 minutes to get my car so I could have followed them...Not very polite either...Wouldn't use them even if they were in my network!!!"
