"Horrible. I moved out to Colorado for a job and of course tell them of such. For the first week everything was fine. Second week everything went OK. Got my first paycheck directly deposited into the bank. Wake up the next day in my card is locked. So here I am all the way out here over 1000 miles away from home now I have no access to my money none. So then I do a Venmo account to where I can try to get my wife some money to where she can send it to me, then they locked my whole account thousands of dollars I have and I’m stranded in Colorado with nothing no food no nothing can’t get anybody to answer the phone it’s been two days now thank you First Financial Bank your customer service and fraud team is a joke. It is sad that I can’t get my own money cause it’s all I have."

"very sad, because I lost my card and I tried to report it lost, so I dialed the number, it shows for me the credit card line versus the debit card line no one can help me there, because it was after hours, so they transferred me to the Visa line and they of course are extremely overseas and unable to even get my last name correct after I spelled it and alpha Charlie'd it... So very frustrating, I don't feel like it is in anyone's hands as far as my lost card I genuinely think I lost my card... But I can't help but have this helpless feeling that because I did not get it canceled that if it was in someone's hand that I would still have to pay what they charged up on my card... very very very disappointing evening indeed"

"Charged my 16 year old granddaughter $200.00 in late fees for an $6.99 overdraft. And I even offered them $100.00 to drop the remaining fee. There should be law's to protect people against this kind of stuff."

"Won't hardly ever wave my late fees. I always pay the balance back the very next day. I don't always get paid the same time every month. They always act like they have to come with with an excuse to why they can't. Rediculous. $37 late fee a day and sometimes twice in the same day. Switching as soon.!!"
