"I brought my 88 yr old aunt to the Loveland GE Credit Union and it was raining outside. As I was getting her walker out of the car, an associate came out to help and made sure we got inside safely. Once there, we have never had such great customer service!!! We love this branch because you can have real people answering your questions and doing transactions as opposed to “a person in a box” at other branches. Some older people don’t have access to on-line transactions nor do they know how."

"Very frustrating credit union. Currently out of the country, unable to login. I called the main branch and they wouldn’t give me password reset assistance because I’m calling from a foreign number different from the one on file. I then called this branch and the phone goes blank after being on hold… don’t waste your time if you move out of Ohio. Have had several nightmare scenarios with them."

"Don’t bother trying to call this location or Eastgate. No one ever answers. Rings, then eventually I hear a button click there is music, and rings again… I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to answer a phone. Also, important detail I have called at all hours of the day so no I’m not just calling when they’re busy. As a company love GE Credit Union but the branches around here are an actual joke. Edit: I have increased my review from 1 to 3 stars. I hope to increase this to 5 at some point. The manger reached out with an apology and some helpful phone extensions. Hopefully, their newer staff care more. If I indeed am able to get a hold of the branch in the future I hope to increase."

"My credit union had been bout out by a local credit that just couldn’t get their act together so we switched to General Electric. We were so glad that we did. I don’t expect perfection but I do expect friendly, knowledgeable customer service. And that’s what we get with General Electric. I’m grateful we found them."

"I have been with GE Credit Union for so many years now, I have had my whole family open accounts with them also. I have had all different loan types through GE CU with great rates always being offered, and so much more!!! I will continue doing business with them. I love they will go above and beyond in order to make things easy as possible when you need help applying and maybe can't get to an office and everything can be handled through the phone and email. Which helped us a lot and still does due to the covid crisis. The friendly and professional staff are there to help you in anyway possible. I am a forever GE CU member. Thank you for all you do."
