"This company doesn’t even deserve one star. Their owner Jon Elston will tell you how well they do with transporting the developmentally disabled population, but I have not experienced that. Two years ago, they transported my child multiple times sitting on the floor. This year, even though his IEP mentions he needs an accommodation of extra time. TLC will give him 10 minutes and then they move onto their next trip. If you are moving slow, there is no sensitivity to disabilities. This is discriminatory being the ADA allows the accommodation for extra transit time. Be cautious of staff. I have been told to “shut up.” Then if they can’t manipulate you. They give you the silent treatment which is a safety concern if your child isn’t able to provide information. The Medicaid Waiver rate is too low for them to accept, because it’s really about making money instead of servicing people with disabilities and treating people with dignity."

"The drivers for the most part are very nice dispatch could care less if we make our appts on time or not this is 3rd time making me late not reliable"

"I used TLC for the first time and will never use them again. We waited almost 2 hours for pick up for my 98 year old father! Then when the van arrived 2 hours late, the van already had 3 people on it (including driver, companion, and client in wheelchair) and they wanted to put my dad on the transport too! Not during COVID! I called after 3 times in those 2 hours and they said they would be there momentarily. Obviously this was false! This Is totally unacceptable! I will never recommend this company!"
