"The customer service is very poor. Had a problem over the weekend and spoke with 3 people none of which knew the correct answer. Excess hold times and NO call back despite requesting one. Finally, went to live chat and that person knew answer regarding debit card limit but unable to do anything about the problem. Told to go to the branch which I did and they couldn't help, said they would check with main office in Cincinnati. Two days later still no contact. Recently was charged a fee for a wire transfer INTO the bank, no explanation and wire transfer department said they couldn't help. Isn't that their department? Called customer service, put on hold and then requested a call back. 45 minute later no phone call. Called branch and asked to speak with manager, told they don't have branch manager there. Suggested I call the main customer service number! What a waste of time and such poor service."
