"Doesn't matter what branch of this bank you use, management is incredibly rude. The loan manager of this particular branch Ms John's I believe is not only ignorant in terms of her job but also incredibly rude. Speaking to her on the phone literally made my stomach turn. While trying to discuss a serious matter she merely responded in a tone similar to a wanna be valley girl crossed with camel. The chomping of gum was so loud and sloppy sounding. A toddler has more manners."
