"There are no longer ANY branches on the primarily minority sides of town, only on the predominantly white sides of town. There are few and fewer branches in general. I will be changing to a bank/ credit union that services the my community more equitably. In addition, twice within the past two weeks, the ATM was broken/unavailable. Finally found a PNC atm after trying two 53 ATMs. There was $3.75 fee. Contacted 53 to have fee waived. The answer was, NO. definitely leaving 53 after 22 years. Initiated process to transfer all accounts to PenFed Credit Union. Not only did PNC charge me $3.75, 53 charged me an additional $3.50. I have now moved most of my money out of 53. I'm sure this bank will try by any means to get more fees out of me until all of my accounts are closed with them."

"Every time I have been in this branch everyone is always super nice, Address you by your name . On the busy days they still get to you in a reasonable amount of time. Any issue I've had they have gone above and beyond to help me. OH MY, don't forget the alarm clock relic !"
"I will never use them again I opened up an account with them I deposited my payroll check go back the next day to make a withdrawal and the inform me I can not get my money for 2 weeks I will be closing my account as soon as my money is available and I will never use them again"
"The bank manager at this branch is unprofessional and told me to open an account somewhere else. I don't think 53rd is very appreciative of small account holders, and regional manager wasn't big help either. I have been with 53rd for a really long time and have never had any issues until now. I'm definitely looking into moving to another bank now!"
