"Good place to buy pedal bikes. I bought 3 Giants here, all of them really good quality and all of them were less than $600. Don’t buy an e-bike from this location as they don’t service them when they inevitably break. In fact, this is not a good place for bike servicing anyway. They don’t make their $$$ off your puny repairs."

He even installed a kickstand and bottle cage on the bike before we left the store. There were tons of options for helmets and gloves so I was able to get everything I needed in one trip. Only wish we lived closer so we could come here more! We'll definitely be back."
"Been a serious cyclist for a very long time and when we moved to Mason I had to find a new shop. Don was extremely helpful working a replacement warranty with Specialized. They just rebuilt a hub for a 25 year old tandem and can't believe they had the replacement parts needed. Highly recommend."

He got the parts for me and when I asked how much I owed, he said nothing, this is a part and it’s on us. This is truly what I call a customer service and I’ll go back again to buy my next bike when I’m ready."
"Excellent service and knowledge. Brand new to serious road cycling, they helped me out with what I needed and even some things I did not need. Left feeling really comfortable with the tune-up, fitting and maintenance that was needed, and not feeling upsold or taken advantage of. Highly recommend! Will visit again."
