"We used Platinum Party Bus for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Getting the quote online was easy and had no hidden fees. They answered all my questions and were in contact with me several times before our event. The bus arrived 15 minutes before our departure, so we could get everyone situated on the bus and leave on time. The bus was like new with 2 built in coolers stocked with ice and the sound system was great. Our driver, Jerry, was AMAZING. He was very friendly and professional. We bar hopped from Westlake to Medina and then Cleveland. He was familiar with all the places we went to, and dropped us right at the door. We gave him the time we wanted to leave and he was at the door waiting for us when we were ready to go. At one place, we decided to leave a little earlier than what we told him, and after calling him, he was there by the time we got outside. I recommend Platinum and will definitely use them again."
