"Very rude to woman customers. The only one here that was nice to me, was John. The other guy, was a jerk. I bought a brand new Taurus 9mm handgun earlier this year. I was out living on my own. Wanted to feel protected. The one guy in the shop didn’t even want to help me find a gun. I told them I was new to this. I get my Taurus, and to this day I haven’t got to fire it. It jammed the very first time. John, wants to help me fix it. The other guy, keeps running me off saying to contact Taurus. Bought brand new, with ammo. Spent over $300 and it’s useless to me. I ended up gifting the thing to my dad, as he’s much better with this kind of thing than me. He called up there today to ask some questions. He got the other guy, not John. He was so rude to my dad also. Telling him to contact Taurus. The two people working in the same store, for the same cause. Why is one kind and willing to help us? But the other wants to run us off ruining any chance of any of us coming back? Weird. It was a waste of money. A lot of money to pay for something that can’t be used and to pay for that kind of service. Thanks for nothing."

"Fantastic experience with the knowledgeable owner and staff. The owner, Chris Johnson was extremely helpful and very personable. I was looking for a 22 cal handgun and he was able to provide me with all of the info and more for the particular handgun that I ended up purchasing. I was originally thinking I was going to get a revolver but after seeing the pistol and the quality it had I was convinced that this was the one for me! This is not my first purchase from Black Rose Firearms, but I am a fairly new customer. Even still, upon entering his shop I am always recognized and greeted like I have been a longtime customer of theirs. If you're are at all interested in visiting a great firearms store this has got to be at the top of your list to visit and purchase from in person or on their extensive online store. Make a trip here if it is local or not. Black Rose Firearms is worth the drive!!"
