"Poor customer service, zero communication, jeff is an idiot and your better off getting a loan from your local drug dealer. Life happens and they absolutely do not care. Its either pay us or we’ll sue and that’s exactly what happened regardless of what I gave when I could. Almost had everything caught up and they hit me with a wage garnishment absolutely criminal. The kicker was I never received any legal paperwork in the mail I have absolutely no legal paperwork and can’t understand how someone can just do this. Nobody from the office made effort to call me back or follow up in general. No offer of any sort of payment plan absolutely nothing. It was just pay is or well sue. My loan is actually almost paid off and I was only a payment or two behind, that’s what really upsets me. Just started getting taken randomly out of my check. I took a loan because I really didn’t have a choice, but I strongly urge people to stay away from this place."
