"They are partnered with SQUARE and offer free checking via square and the pre paid debit card - horrible customer service extremely rude. I was confused by an email I received from them and was told - due to security reason we do not have to give you a reason for anything we have chosen not to do business with you and I am now disengaging in this phone call” it was shocking and extremely unprofessional and rude - avoid. Just be sure to be aware that if you ever have an issue with square checking this is the company that you will be dealing with and they in no way seem to want to help any customers if there is ever an issue. Further more - the only way to reach any “team” that is able to answer a question they do not accept calls and only will decide to email you if they see fit."

"Very poor customer service. Was told they only give the plastic cards in a very nasty way and they had an attitude like as if it's the people's fought that they are the bank of cash app. Don't bank with them and take your money off cash app."
