"I have visited this store several times. During my initial visits, I had my eye on a signed Bray Wyatt figure priced at $70. However, following the unfortunate news of his passing, I returned to the store with the hope of purchasing it before it became unavailable. To my surprise, the shelf was empty, and after speaking to the man at the counter, it seemed like a sincere attempt to do the right thing. About a week later, I revisited the store and found a table in the center with those same figures priced at over $300. This experience reveals that the store owner does not value the people he uses to generate profit. A classless attempt to use a death to save a already dying store."

"Super unorganized for athlete signature/photo op. First time here today, was a bad experience. Thankfully we met a couple who had been prior and knew the process so they helped guide us. There are no directions as to where to go, what line to wait in, etc. Was given different directions by staff several times. Won’t be back. Two stars only because the athlete was excellent - not his fault the shop is a mess. Otherwise, less than 1 star."
