"DO NOT BANK WITH HUNTINGTON, WENT INTO BRANCH ON 01/03/2024. MADE A DEPOSIT INTO MY ACCOUNT WITH 3 CHECKS. DEPOSITS NEVER HIT THE ACCOUNT, CALLED TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON, THE 1-800 NUMBER SAID I WOULD HAVE TO CALL THE BRANCH. THE BRANCH ADMITTED THE TELLER MADE A MISTAKE (NEVER SAID WHAT THE MISTAKE WAS)........ THEN SAID IT WOULD BE 5-6 DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD FIX IT........WTH!!!!!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL"
"Walked in today with over an hour of time happily to wait for just a simple bank statement required for government use. There were 3 tellers, 1 at the drive in window, and an additional 2 professionals sitting in their offices. I was told by woman at teller counter that they likely can’t do this in an hour! I have had Huntington for almost 20 years and just super disappointed in how this occurred. Keep in mind at time I walked in, there were ZERO other customers."
"My experience: The staff is friendly. Always smiling when greeting. Complete explanations. Nice attitude. This place might get busy sometimes."
"Their website is garbage. It's impossible to get money out of this bank electronically. I am trying to use Zelle and they're limiting me to $1500 per day. On top of that, the transfer is failing. I called the number they have me, went through a million prompts and was told they're closed. I cannot access MY OWN MONEY. Cryptocurrency will overtake this bank sooner or later, thankfully."
"Until recent we had no issues but the drive thru teller seems to be on a power trip, refusing to deposit a check into my wife and my joint account, without seemingly needing to know all of our personal information and demanding to see a marriage certificate, new social etc from my wife. We have had a joint account for years with no issues. Will not go back to this location even though it's much closer. Monroe and upton location had no issues and were very pleasant. She definitely overstepped her boundaries on a very simple deposit and I felt it needed to be addressed."
