"Very disappointing ending to what started as a good evening. On our way to the casino Tracy picked us up. We asked if she would be able to also pick us up at the end of the night to get us back to our hotel. She said yes. We confirmed her hours and even gave her extra money to make it worth her time to return. When we called her to come get us later, she confirmed. We went to the pickup area only to find Tracy had 6 other passengers illegally packed into the small sedan. When I knocked on the window to ask why she gave away our ride, she said, “they just got in, I’ll come back.” After waiting another 40 minutes, she did not return. We attempted to call her multiple times. She finally answered only to say she was done for the evening. Beyond unprofessional. Poor service. Will not use again. Very clear based off other reviews that these are very normal practices and ownership is not concerned on the quality of the services delivered."
