"Today is August 17, 2023, and my review continues.......I rode with Vearl, and have done so many times. Great driver, respectful, professional and a very positive, helpful person! Thank you Hillsboro Transport for your consistency and thank you Vearl for making the trips safely and on time! May 17, 2023 today I rode with Mick, not only an excellent driver, but this gentleman helped me carry my bags to the car. In this day and age, riding with someone you don't know can be a concern. However, with this company I know I will always be safe. Thank you Hillsboro Transport! May 3, 2023 I rode with a nice gentleman, Ray. Excellent driver! He went WAY above and beyond to help. Staff at the location we were at were a bit rude to him, and he handled it with grace and just a tad of humor. April 27,2023 also I wanted to recognize the super proffesional woman that answers the phone, I believe her name is Michelle. Without fail each and every time i speak with her she makes me feel as though i am the most important client they have. And im sure she makes everyone feel the same! Thank you! Today's date is April 27, 2023 it's been too long since I left a review! I've been transported by Chelsey several times and she is a great conscientious driver, yet warm and friendly at the same time! What a great combination! Just confirms what ive always known, that Mick hires the best people! Thanks! Today is April 28, 2022 Most of us rate a company and the experience we have with them, and usually don't review again, however my time with HILLSBORO TRANSPORTATION is weekly. And as before, they are efficient, courteous and nice. Over the years they have remained patient and flexible, as many other similar businesses, are not. Thank you, Mick, for keeping your employees happy and rewarded, as it shows in how they care for their clients!! Love this company! The dispatchers are so patient.....which, believe me, is an exception! Always on time, always professional, and excellent drivers! When you call dispatch, Mick usually answers, and he is the owner He is polite and courteous. Love this company! Today's date is Feb 18, 2021 and I'm back with another review! Still 5 star! I got scheduled with Hillsboro Transportation at the last minute today, due to an insurance scheduling mix up. They called right away and still got me to my appointment. Lori was my driver today, I've had her many times. She is an excellent and conscientious driver. Also she allowed for a different pick up time, than was originally set this morning. It's just very refreshing to get exceptional service, when I know what must be a crazy schedule! Even when you phone dispatch, they are polite each and every time without fail! THANK YOU!!"

"I used this service thru my insurance for about a month. Jack Andreson is their top driver in my opinion. Jack goes above and beyond for you always!! Mandy as well definitely a top driver she also goes above and beyond for her passengers. Victoria is good as well! And Jim is good too! I rate this company 5 starts for being flexible and there on time everyday to get us where we needed to be. Shout out to you guys!! Keep it up."

"I was driving down south street/68 in Wilmington when at a stop light a hillsboro taxi cab came from the right turn lane into my straight lane cutting me off. She didnt even so much as signal. I would be cautious with this conoany as they have no concern about the safety of their passengers or other drivers."
