The owner is going to treat you like he passed you out his digestive system. Absolutely terrible store, that’s if it’s open when it should be…. I called to confirm they were open because last 2 times they were scheduled to be, and no one was there. The jerk old man gets huffy with me saying “I’m a one man show I have to do other things like go to the bank and blah blah”. Just. Instantly angry at 10am. What a sad life. I also agree that he doesn’t seem mentally stable and should probably not be in charge of weapons distribution. I hope he has someone who loves him that reads this and takes him out of that store. He’s a curmudgeon."

"Great Customer service. I bought a Sig from Kurt's and got around to cleaning 9 months later. I created a problem on disassembly and the experts at Kurt's were able to determine that I had somehow moved the spring which prevented the Sig from being properly assembled. They showed me how to properly remove the spring."

"Worst shopping experience: Me and a buddy went to check out the shop because we weren’t from around the area, when we attempted to walk into the store the gentleman behind the counter (who we later found out was the owner) aggressively waved us away and turned his back to us....us being confused knocked on the door....followed by this came a very rude hand gesture, as we turned to walk away he opened the door, screamed “its open” and we continued to walk because I didn’t feel right spending my money there anymore. After the door shut we heard loud screaming and shouting within the store. The man seems unstable and unfit to be distributing firearms to the public. I later called to complain to a manager, and the same man who was extremely rude to us earlier answered the phone and it just went down hill form there....the guy cussed me out over the phone and abruptly hung up. The guy has no hospitality skills, or people skills. Don’t waste your time at his shop, spend your money else where, and support the small businesses that deserve to stick around during the troubling covid season, unlike that rude ***hole."

"Owner is very opinionated. I was looking for something very specific and he didn’t carry it. Had I known he didn’t carry what I was looking for I would not have even stopped in. He went on a tangent and put this gun manufacturer down and complained about how they want their product sold. That is all fine and well but it’s all political and full of drama, says nothing of the mechanics of the gun or craftsmanship. Had he just simply said, “sorry, I don’t carry that but I have these similar products.....” I would have thanked him for his suggestion, bought some ammo and went on my way. I’m all for dropping a few bucks into the pockets of small business owners but when they are aggressive, negative and hatful in their tone, I will not support their business."
