"Great business that I would recommend if you are looking for a golf cart. Cole walked me carefully all the options available from new carts, to used, lithium vs 48v. They discussed all the options I could add or change as well. They didn’t rush me or pressure and were willing to answer any question. After buying my cart, they continually stayed in contact with any questions I had or input they may have needed. Cart delivery to my house was easy and quick. Overall a great family business I couldn’t recommend enough!"
"The F/N/R switch started acting up and occasionally would not go into forward. Did a google search and found likely problem to be the switch. Then found Carts&Parts and they were able to find the replacement part using the serial number of the cart. They were friendly, helpful and respectful. Price with shipping was very reasonable. I ordered the part and received it in timely manner. My friend just installed (which took less than 15 minutes). I am very pleased with this company’s service, communication, and friendly professional service to me ( a novice to gift carts except for driving one)."
"Just bought our second golf cart from them and LOVE IT! We bought a 2022 EZGO last year and a 2022 again this year! We had to upgrade the 4 seater to a 6 seater with seatbelts because of all the grandchildren we have. They did some gorgeous upgrades to it and we couldn't be happier. Anytime we have ever had an issue, it was resolved immediately, efficiently, effectively and professionally with a courteous smile. You get the best deal, great quality and amazing service."

They had so many carts and even though they were all booked up they worked with me to find a cancellation so I could have one. The many women at the desk were SO competent and nice.
