"Zero Customer Service.. Drove 1 1/2 Hour to buy a Jetski. Will (salesperson) never showed up. Gentleman at Service Counter never acknowledge us. Lady in the office was frazzled and said, "we are the only ones here". Sad part is, We were the only customers in the building."
"I had them make a cove for my Bennington Tritoon. I asked for a cover from the manufacturer, and Jim told me that the ones they sell would be better. Jim lied. The one they made is not waterproof and allows mildew to grow. Where the cover touches the cushion, there is sun damage. My boat was in pristine condition before they sold me that junk. To offer a remedy, they said they would waterproof it. That did not work. This is not an ethical business. They do not stand by their word or products. Speaking of standing by their products, they are a Bennington dealer but will not service them if they are more than 12 years old."
"Beautiful boats and accessories, terrible service mentality. They ignore phone calls, and do not provide the services they charge you for. I sent them my boat for 8 years and constantly had to beg them for info or action. I only continued because it was convenient to my home."
